Although most people think Mallory is turning 3, she'll be turning 2 on Sunday. Her official measurement at the doctor this week (pic above) put her over the 97th percentile for height and at the 90th for weight. The doctor said, "I can't tell you exactly how tall she will be as an adult but you might start thinking about the WNBA" (women's professional basketball for us non-sports people).
Some of you may be wondering - what's the deal with the yellow Crocs? Well, she insists on wearing them all the time or she cries, so that's the deal. I've tried putting other shoes on her but she will not have it. They either make her feel invisible or invincible. I'm still trying to figure out their secret power.

Maybe Mallory and Caroline can play on the same team. Caroline finally showed up on the actual growth chart at her 2 1/2 year check up, clocking in at 95th percentile. She's been over 100% her entire life. She's 2 1/2 and in all 4T clothes. I just pray she stays under 6 feet tall. I think life would be easier that way.
