For the first time, I went upstairs to get Claire out of bed this morning and she had picked out her own outfit and was fully dressed in all PINK and a big smile! She told me yesterday that she was going to get herself dressed and ready for school today but I'd forgotten so it was a big surprise to see her not in her jammies. At first I looked at her and thought "that's not what I would have picked out", but she was so proud of matching her light pink shirt with dark pink leggings and even had the bottoms rolled up cause they are a little too long (she explained all of this to me). I couldn't ask her to change. She looks beautiful in her pink outfit.
