We had Christmas Eve at Uncle Tony's house and the kids ran around like wild animals and treated their house like a playground. It was so much fun and Mallory got into the action a little bit but still plays by herself a lot. She is a big time daddy's girl and laughs so much when they play together. She did let us know when it was time to go home with her not so subtle back arch, scream, and sour pus face.
Claire scored big on Christmas morning with an awesome bike from Santa. She has finished potty training and acts like a big girl now so Santa was good to her. Mallory also likes the bike and wasn't too interested in any of the things she got. We should have expected that. Claire went out for her first riding lesson when all the snow finally melted. She got the hang of it quickly and knows how to peddle and brake . We still need to work on steering as she doesn't look where she's going and runs into curbs and other objects. Great for a first time on a big bike.
