Claire worked very hard decorating our tree last night and she was a meticulous ornament hanger. This morning in the car she told me what she wanted for Christmas. Topping the list this year is a reasonable item for a two year old - a motorcycle. Next, she asked for something that should be easy to get our hands on - a space rocket. And third, just a little something to help her out around the house - a robot. These were not the things I thought the girl obsessed with baby dolls and puppies was going to request but I'm glad to see she has broadened her interests a bit.
