Mal Mal is Claire's nick name for Mallory. I find myself calling her that all the time now. Mallory is becoming such a funny little girl, just like her sister. She can now wave and say hi and her third tooth (top right) has just popped out of the gum. I think Mal's favorite part of the day is bath time with Claire. As soon as we start talking about it and walk over to the steps, she is kicking her legs and laughing with joy. She really likes anything that involves Claire.
Mal is still learning to crawl. She's definitely not full speed ahead at this point. She moves more like a stick shift being driven by a teenage girl for the first time. Lots of lurching ahead, rocking, quitting and starting again. However, she has mastered the technique of standing with her legs straight and both hands on the ground with arms straight and butt up in the air. I'm not sure if there is an official name for that position (yoga people) but she's got that one down pat.
