Mallory is 6 months old today. She went to the doctor yesterday and she is at the 95th% for height and 75th% for weight. She is 27.5 inches long and weighs 17lbs 6 oz, what a big girl. I've never seen a baby at the doctor's office get as much attention as Mallory did. She had doctors and nurses holding her and the lab techs gathered around playing with her. She is such a happy baby and was smiling at everyone, even when she got her shots. They loved her so much and she was acting so cute, as usual. She has been trying to pull her legs up under her tummy while lying on the floor and sitting up with little assistance. Yesterday Mallory was watching Claire and another little girl throw bean bags on the ground and she thought it was so funny. Every time they would throw one she would laugh. I'm not sure what was so funny but she loved it. Mallory has also started to get upset when she sees me leave the room and reaches for me sometimes. She's such a little sweetie. We're so lucky to have her.
Here are some daily quotes by Claire about Mallory
"Mallory my sister"
"Mallory drip it" - which means she spit up
"Mommy, Mallory crying"
"Mallory sleeping, Wake Up Mallory! shhhh"
"This is Mal's passi"
"I love you Mallory"
