Claire is such a great kid. We think she is so smart and she talks so much. She says the alphabet, counts to 10, sings many songs with me like "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and "Wheels on the Bus", but nothing shows me how smart she is like her ability to identify her own illnesses. She's in the "kiss my boo boo" phase right now and she has come up with some great ailments recently, many of which she believes warrant topical or oral medication. This week she has reported the following problems: tummy hurts, nose itchy, bite tongue, poke eye, boo boo on hand, boo boo on knee, bang foot, and bang head. I've discovered that most of these things can be cured by applying a dab of Aquaphore on the affected area. Amazingly, it even works on tummy aches.
